Murn

|
"You don't
know me, but I was a HHS graduate/1970. My
brother, Jim Murn graduated with you. I got
your e-mail from the HHS Alumni directory on
the internet. I decided to look at 1962 and I
recognized your name and Anita Morris as
friends of my brothers.
I don't know if you
knew that Jim passed away in December/1997
after a year long battle with cancer. I am
sure if you remember Jim that you will not be
surprised that he stayed in good spirits and
kept his sense of humor almost to the end.
Despite the 8 year age difference, Jim and I
were very close. I miss him terribly. He was
laid to rest at the Veterans Memorial
Cemetery in Cave Creek, AZ.
Jim is
survived by two sons, Steven(age 33) and
Michael(age32) and 4 grandsons. He lived in
AZ for about 20 years if my memory is
correct. Please pass on this information to
classmates that may have been friends with
Jim. A couple other names that I recall are
Reid (Skip) Carlson, Chuck Yates, and Moose
(sorry, I can't remember is real name, just
the nickname)"
