JOSIAH D WYNN son of ACHILLES WYNN (1798-1861) and LUCY TURNER (1801-1861) was born 20 January 1829 in Lee County, Virginia, and died 05 July 1885 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married MARY JANE KELLY 04 November 1851 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of JONATHAN KELLY (1798-1861) and NANCY BAILEY (1796-1851). She was born 15 July 1834 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 29 January 1927 in Conway, Kentucky.

ELKANAH WYNN son of ACHILLES WYNN (1798-1861) and LUCY TURNER (1801-1861) was born 02 June 1833 in Lee County, Virginia, and died 30 January 1899 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married (1) ELIZABETH KELLY 13 May 1852 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of JONATHAN KELLY (1798-1861) and NANCY BAILEY (1796-1851). She was born 06 December 1821 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 07 December 1896. He married (2) FANNIE JANE ROBBINS 20 October 1897 in Lee County, Virginia, daughter of THOMAS ROBBINS (1830-1892) and MARGARET SMITH (1838-?). She was born 1864, and died 04 December 1943 in Harlan County, Kentucky.

This indenture made this 19th August 1870

Between Elkanah Wynn of one parts and

Josiah D. Wynn of the other parts do agree

on a conditional line Beginning at the mouth of

a deep hollow and running with the hollow

on south side of Clover Fork to where said

Josiah D. Wynn lives to the mouth of his branch

thence with the Ridge around Elkanah Wynns

branch to the line on the south of the River

and all the Hollow includes xxxxxxxxxx and

down the River to the Peter Cave Hollow in E. Wynns

what above the xxxxx said line belongs to Josiah

D. Wynns and all the line includes belongs to

Elkanah Wynn and all Electors the ??? belongs

to Both and Wynns Chapful belongs to both

of the said Wynns

for the County & State aforesaid do certify

that the above instrument of writing was
