This
Deed of Conveyance, Made and entered into this 27 day December, 1898, between
Elcanah
Wynn & Fanny Wynn his wife, W. C. Wynn & Susan Wynn, his wife,
party
of the first part
and
W. E. Wynn
party
of the second part, witnesseth: That said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $25. Twenty-five Dollars in hand paid the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged.
Do
hereby sell and convey to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns,
the following described property, to-wit: a certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Harlan and State of Ky. On the Clover Fork of
the Cumberland River on Childs Creek and bounded as follows, to-wit:
Commencing
on apple trees where the fence joins near the forks of said Creek, hence
running southeast with a fence up a ridge to a line of W. E. Wynn; hence with
said line Northeast to the left hand fork; thence down said fork to the
beginning.
To
have and to hold the same, together with all the appearances thereunto belonging,
unto the second part, their heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of
the first part hereby convenants with the said party of the second part, that
they will warrant the title to the property hereby conveyeduate the said party
of the second part and their heirs assigns forever.
In
testimony whereof, the party of the first part ha? Hereunto subscribed their
names the day and aforesaid.

certify the foregoing Deed of Conveyance from Elkanah Wynn & Faney Wynn his
wife to W. E. Wynn was on the 27 day of December 1898, produced to me in said
County and acknowledged before me by Elkanah Wynn & wife Faney Wynn
parties, grantors thereto to be their act and deed.
