She married JOSIAH D WYNN 04 November 1851 in Harlan County, Kentucky, son of ACHILLES WYNN (1798-1861) and LUCY TURNER (1801-1861). He was born 20 January 1829 in Lee County, Virginia, and died 05 July 1885 in Harlan County, Kentucky.
CYNTHIA ANN KELLY daughter of WILLIAM PLEASANT KELLY and SARAH ANN COPE (1838-1916) was born 15 May 1862 in Kentucky, and died 07 August 1947 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. She married JONATHAN WYNN 05 October 1882 in Harlan County, Kentucky, son of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927). He was born 09 July 1862 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 30 January 1920 in Madison County, Kentucky.
JAMES ALLEN CREECH son of WILLIAM HENRY HARRISON CREECH (1842-1929) and FRANCES SMITH (1842-1927) was born 02 April 1872 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 01 January 1962 in Morehead, Rowan County, Kentucky. He married REBECCA ARAMINTA WYNN 29 March 1892, daughter of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927). She was born 20 February 1871 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 14 November 1956 in Hays Crossing, Rowan County, Kentucky.
ELCANAH CONNOR WYNN son of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927) was born 26 July 1873 in Kentucky, and died 14 October 1947 in Madison County, Kentucky. He married CORA ALICE SMITH 25 September 1900, daughter of WILLIAM ORR SMITH and FANNIE JANE ROBBINS (1864-1943). She was born 26 September 1882 in Madison County, Kentucky, and died 27 September 1954 in Madison County, Kentucky.
JAMES LEONARD WYNN son of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927) was born 11 April 1877 in Virginia, and died 28 April 1966 in Madison County, Kentucky. He married ARAMINTA "MINTY" B RICE 10 September 1896, daughter of WILLIAM RICE and JUDIA MCKNIGHT. She was born 30 April 1878 in Kentucky, and died 09 May 1942 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.
JOHN H ELY son of HIRAM ELY (1804-1881) and SARAH HORTON (1807-1891) was born 1842 in Lee County, Virginia. He married NANCY JANE WYNN 06 March 1871 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927). She was born 11 November 1854 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 1947 in Harlan County, Kentucky.
PATIENCE “BABE” ELIZABETH WYNN daughter of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927) was born 11 September 1858 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 21 March 1923 in Harlan County, Kentucky. She married WILLIAM MARTIN CREECH May 1875 in Harlan County, Kentucky, son of JOHN H CREECH (1832-1905) and MARY ANN SMITH (1836-1903). He was born 04 December 1857 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 19 July 1936 in Harlan County, Kentucky.
WILLIAM ELISHA “DOC” WYNN son of JOSIAH D WYNN (1829-1885) and MARY JANE KELLY (1834-1927) was born 06 March 1867 in Harlan County, Kentucky, and died 31 January 1959 in Deputy, Jefferson County, Indiana. He married (1) NANCY JANE CREECH 16 February 1885 in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of WILLIAM HENRY HARRISON CREECH (1842-1929) and FRANCES SMITH (1842-1927). She was born 14 May 1869, and died 1900. He married (2) MARGARET ELLEN DOOLEY 08 January 1914 in Berea, Madison County, Kentucky, daughter of WILLIAM ISAAC DOOLEY and OPHELIA ANN HAYES. She was born 07 April 1890 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, and died 18 January 1963 in Deputy, Jefferson County, Indiana.

Deed of Conveyance, made and entered into this 4th day of December
1902, between

E. Wynn
party
of the second part, witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for in
consideration of the sum of
Eight
Hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
Do
hereby sell and convey to the part ? of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
the following described property, to-wit:
A
certain tract of parcel of land lying and being in the County of Harlan and the
State of Kentucky on the water of Childs Creek of Clover Fork of the Cumberland
River and Bounded as follows to wit: Beginning on a white walnut on the Bank of
the left hand fork of Childs Creek just above Elkanah Wynn’s house, thence up
with the meanders of said left hand fork to three lynns Standing on the Bank of
said left hand Fork: thence northly to the top of the River Ridge, thence
Easterly with the top of the River Ridge to the ridge between days Creek and
Childs: thence with the ridge between Childs Creek and the Rockey Hollow, and
with the said Ridge to the beginning, Containing 300 acres be the same more or
less.
To
have and to hold the same, together with all the appurtenances thereunto
belonging, unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
And the said party of the first part hereby covenants with the said party of
the second part, that they will warrant the title to the property hereby
conveyed unto the said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever.
In
Testimony Whereof, the party of the first part hath hereunto subscribed their
name 21 the day and year aforesaid.
