Graduation Class of 1964, Colbert County High School, Leighton Alabama.

This image appeared in the 1964 CCHS annual of Marvin Pogue and Mrs. Myers. Mr. Pogue a delightful teacher died several years later of a stomach ailment. Mrs. Myers taught business and typing and Mr. Pogue was a social studies, political science and history teacher among other things. 
Without Mrs. Myers patience I doubt if this site would exist. She taught us how to type before the electric typewriter was used in the class room. We survived without computers much less spell check.
