against a blue-gray October sky, the Three Horsemen (Caballos) rode
again. In dramatic lore they are known as Famine, Destruction and
Death. But these are only aliases. Their real names are Dickens,
Batchelder and Bucher. They formed the crest of the Univee Football
Cyclone before which other football teams were swept over the precipice
at Univee Field in the early 60's. Grantland Rice's
evaluation in 1963.
